GAPS^TM INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS LICENSING

OUR CONTENT + YOUR TRAINERS = SUCCESS

Early on in the development of the GAPS^tm program, we realized that an ongoing reliance on outside trainers and facilitators could quickly limit the speed in which an agency could progress. Through the licensing of our content, your own in-house trainers can effectively implement the GAPS^tm Program in an ongoing basis.

Through the licensing of GAPS^tm content, your organization can:

• Leverage existing in-house training capabilities and capacity.
• Roll out consistent training to employees without relying on the schedules of outside facilitators.
• Reduce travel expenses and time away from the office for employees.

GAPS 101 and GAPS^tm Mapping materials are available after your in-house training staff becomes certified by successfully completing a rigorous train-the-trainer session.

Materials include:

• GAPS^tm Leader's Guide with all you need to teach the workshop (including all PowerPoint slides and worksheets)
• Participant Guides in electronic format to be used to produce workbooks for each employee attending the workshop
• Complete Acme City Municipal Permitting Department Simulation kit (GAPS 102)

Licensing information is available to those completing either GAPS 101/102 and/or the GAPS^tm Mapping workshop.
